When can I get TradesTrack?
TradesTrack is in final testing and coming soon to the App Store. We’ll update this page the day it’s available.
Do I need an account or a password?
No. It uses the iCloud account already on your iPhone or iPad.
Does it work without signal?
Yes. Everything is saved on your device and syncs through your iCloud when you’re back online.
How does my supervisor sign?
Hand them your phone. They type their name and sign with a finger. The entry then shows who signed, with the date and time.
Who can see my hours?
Only you, on devices signed in to your iCloud. We can’t see your records. You choose who gets your hours packet.
How many hours does my apprenticeship need?
That depends on your program. You set the required hours when you set up the app (8,000 is a common starting point). Check your program’s rules.
