What we collect
Nothing is collected by us. The app stores what you enter (your program, apprentice names, logged hours, job sites, photos, skills checklists, and supervisors’ names and signatures) on your device and in your own private iCloud.
Purchases
Program plans are billed by Apple through In-App Purchase. We never see or store your payment details.
How we use it
Only to run the app on your devices. We do not sell, share or use your data for advertising. The app has no ads, analytics or tracking.
Where it’s stored
On your device and in your private iCloud account, through Apple’s iCloud (CloudKit). LanaWrAI Holdings LLC runs no servers for this app.
Who can see your data
Only you, on devices signed in to your iCloud account. Hours packets you choose to share are seen by whoever you send them to.
Deleting your data
In the app, open Settings and tap Delete all my data. Everything is removed from your device and your iCloud. A plan subscription keeps billing until you cancel it in your Apple account settings. You can also email benny.support@lanawraiholdings.com.
Children
TradesTrack is not directed to children under 13.
